Visit Old Delhi and New Delhi. Visit Chandni Chowk, Jama Mosque, drive past the Red Fort. Visit the spice market and take a rickshaw ride. Make a photo stop at India Gate, drive past Government buildings, visit Agrasen Ki Baoli Stepwell and The Bangla Sahib Sikh Temple.

Drive to Jaipur, en route stop at the Samode Palace for lunch.

Enjoy a trip to Amber Fort, a marvellous example of Rajput architecture with its terraces and ramparts reflected in the Maota Lake below. Visit a local school, interact with kids and perhaps do some charitable work. Visit City Palace, a complex of exquisite palaces, gardens and courtyards, decorative art and carved doorways, make a photo stop at 'Palace of Winds'. The opportunity to wander about a local market famous for cotton.

Drive to Agra and visit the oldest and grandest stepwell of Rajasthan at Abhaneri. Late afternoon visit Mehtab Gardens for a spectacular view of the Taj Mahal, from across the River Yamuna.

Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal and the Red Fort. Later drive back to Delhi.

Udaipur

For the Udaipur Extension, the Golden Triangle will start at Delhi, continue to Agra and finish at Jaipur.

Flight from Jaipur to Udaipur, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight: Udai Kothi.

Udaipur sightseeing - walk through the old city, visit City Palace and Pratap Memorial. Visit Sahelion Ki Bagh. Drive past Fateh Sagar Lake and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. Overnight: Udai Kothi. (b)

Flight from Udaipur to Delhi, as per main Golden Triangle itinerary. Overnight: Hilton Garden Inn. (b)

Ranthambore
The Ranthambore Extension will take place between Jaipur and Agra.

Day 1 Ranthambore
Drive from Jaipur to Ranthambore. Overnight: Ranthambore Kothi. (b,d)
