This 7-night safari travels from the world-famous Serengeti Safari Park in the north of Tanzania to the lesser-known, but nevertheless equally enthralling Selous Game Reserve in the south.
The Serengeti with its endlessly rolling savannah and multitude of plains game, along with the big five, is generally near the top of a safari-goers wish list. However, the Selous Game Reserve, which is not as well known, is a vast and magnificent reserve with over a million large animals, the largest concentration of buffalo in Africa, more than half of Tanzania's elephants and one third of Africa's rare and endangered wild dogs.

Day 1 Dar Es Salaam
Transfer to your accommodation for a day at leisure.

Day 2 Central Serengeti
After breakfast, transfer to Dar es Salaam Airport for your light aircraft flight to Seronera Airstrip. Met on arrival by your dedicated driver-guide who will transfer you to your lodge, with game viewing en route, in time for lunch. Afternoon at leisure, to perhaps have a swim or relax by the pool. Enjoy a late afternoon game drive in search of some of the vast population of animals that roam around the Serengeti National Park.

Day 4 Western Serengeti
After a leisurely breakfast drive to Western Serengeti with game viewing en route. Arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Relax at the camp before a late afternoon game drive in this beautiful area of the Serengeti.

Day 5 Selous
After breakfast transfer to Grumeti Airstrip for your light aircraft flight to Stigler's Airstrip in the Selous National Reserve in Southern Tanzania. Met on arrival and driven to your camp with a game drive en route.

Day 6 Selous
