5 places to see Big Cats around the world
The big cat family represents some of the most majestic animals on Earth, but they are no gentle purring felines! With their grace and killer instinct, they are incredibly alluring!
Whether its watching a cheetah stalk its prey, or hearing the mighty roar of a lion, seeing them in their natural habitat is an incredible and truly memorable experience and one that should be added to your travel radar.
Here are some of the best places in the world to see them.
Tigers in India
Tigers are the largest members of the cat family and are renowned for their power and strength. India is one of the best places to see the majestic Bengal tigers in the wild as seventy per cent of the world’s tigers live in over 50 tiger reserves, established since the 1970s.
The best way to increase your chances of seeing tigers in one of India’s National Parks is with the help of expert local guides, who have years of experience, and we recommend spending at least 3-4 days in the National Park.
Some of the best places to see the tigers are Ranthambhore National Park, Kanha National Park,
Bandhavgarh National Park and Pench National Park. You can combine a tiger safari with our itineraries.
