Proceed to Mago National Park, for a game drive in the afternoon. Overnight: Buska Lodge Day 5 Day Trip to Murulle Morning excursion to Murulle, the village of the Karo people. Afternoon visit the village of the Hamer people around Turmi. Overnight: Buska Lodge Day 6 Arba Minch Drive to Arba Minch. Overnight: Paradise Lodge Day 7 Awassa Boat trip on Lake Chamo. Drive to Lake Awassa and enjoy the sunset over its waters. Overnight: Haile Resort Day 8 Bale Mountains After breakfast, drive to Dinsho, the headquarters of Bale Mountains National Park, for a hike to spot the endemic mountain nyala, Menelik’s bushbuck and the common mammals like warthog, reed buck, gray duiker. Afternoon to Gessay to spot more mammals and birds. Overnight: Wabi Shebelle Hotel Day 9 Bale Mountains Early departure to ascend the Bale massif onto the Sanetti Plateau to see the Ethiopian or Simien wolf. Visit the escarpment of this elevated plateau to peer down, through the clouds, at the vast Harenna Forest below. Afternoon return to Goba. Overnight: Wabi Shebelle Hotel Day 10 Langano Depart for Shashamane and then on to Langano, one of the Rift Valley Lakes. Time at leisure.
