With over a third of the country dedicated to game reserves, wild national parks and wetlands, natural Zambia is nothing short of memorable. Lower Zambezi Floodplains, grasslands and lush forests in the Lower Zambezi Valley play host to an abundance of wildlife. The Zambezi River snakes through the National Park creating lagoons attracting wildlife South Luangwa Zambia’s most popular safari destination, South Luangwa National Park, is wild, tropical and full of game. Kafue National Park Largely flat, the park has an interesting range of ecosystems including rivers, forests and plains that are home to plenty of game. Busanga Plains, regarded as the jewel of Kafue National Park, is submerged for most of the year and can be reached by boat or traditional mokoros – a unique safari adventure.
